Return & Refund Policy — Today We Ride

At Today We Ride, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, our return policy below outlines how we can help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on all physical products, including:

  • T-shirts

  • Hats

  • Hoodies

  • Motorcycle grips

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • Items must include all original packaging and tags

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items/services cannot be returned after they have been used or completed:

  • Guided rides (non-refundable once the ride has occurred)

  • Dirt bike lessons (non-refundable once the lesson has occurred)

If a guided ride or lesson is canceled 48 hours before the scheduled date, a full refund will be issued.

3. Gift Cards

Gift cards may be returned only to the original purchaser.
They must be unused and accompanied by the order confirmation or receipt.

Gift cards cannot be:

  • Partially refunded

  • Returned by someone other than the original buyer

  • Redeemed for cash

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same product or another item of equal value, subject to availability.
Exchanges follow the same 30-day and condition requirements as returns.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider).

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
